They do NOT represent any government entity, the Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC), CBSE officially, or any state education department. These are private communication tools for the stakeholders of St. Mary's English Medium School, Simdega.

St. Mary's English Medium School, Simdega ("We," "Us," or "Our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle data through our mobile portal and our IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems.
2. ACCOUNT PROVISIONING
Access is restricted to registered members only.
- Accounts are created manually by the School Administration.
- Login credentials and IVR access are linked to the mobile number registered at the time of admission.
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Contact Information: Primary and secondary mobile numbers for IVR calls and SMS alerts.
- Personal Identifiers: Name, Admission Number, and Class.
- Academic Data: Attendance, marks, and fee details.
- Media Access: Camera and storage access for uploading assignments and downloading school documents.
4. IVR & AUTOMATED COMMUNICATION
ABOUT OUR IVR SERVICES:
To ensure parents are always informed, we provide an automated IVR (Interactive Voice Response) service.
- Automated Alerts: You may receive automated voice calls regarding student absence, fee reminders, or emergency holiday announcements.
- Data Usage: Your registered phone number is shared with our secure telecom partners solely for the purpose of delivering these voice messages.
- Opt-out: By providing your number at admission, you consent to these calls. To opt-out, please contact the school office, though this may result in missing urgent updates.
5. DATA DELETION
HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION:
To request the removal of your data from the app and IVR calling list:
- Email stmarysimdega@gmail.com with your Student ID and "Data Deletion Request".
- Visit the school administrative office in person.
Data will be removed from active digital systems within 30 days, subject to mandatory educational record-keeping requirements.
6. DATA SECURITY
We use SSL/TLS encryption for app data and secure API protocols for IVR communications. We do not sell student or parent contact lists to third-party marketing companies.
